That joint was rolled so badly at the end i thought it was a comedy, then i realised it was just another sickening TV ad.

Yeah, because smoking weed is like sticking leaches all over you... it's so stupid.

I cant belive they bother with these ads... i mean they're so stupid only the ignorant parents and moron children belive it.

I've never come across this before, the whole SLOM campaign that is. I have to say it just seems like a wonderful daily dose of BS. When I was younger I tried Weed out of curiosity, I must have been about 15. I think from the age of 15 to 19 I smoked weed on a couple of occasions and that was it, as I said once was curiosity the rest were to remind myself of how it felt. When I turned 20 and smoked weed again, I felt now was the right time in my life to start smoking it. I suffer from IBS, due to some beautiful high doses of stress and paranoia and I have found weed to have a positive effect on me. Some people find this hard to believe due to the scientific facts showing different on other people, or test subjects so to speak but I find weed very soothing. Actually I have had a very active libido since smoking weed also. But this is how weed effects me personally, and as we all know everybody isn't the same. Both the in the mind and body. Anyway, after all that the bottom line is that I think the SLOM is utter crap, it tries far too hard to put people off smoking weed. I've never seen someone try this hard to get someone to smoke it.

    Wow, how, interesting...?

Anti-cannabis people just can't seem to come to an understanding that not everyone reacts the same to cannabis. I have seen people black out and seizure after smoking potent oil, or someone that gets crazy paranoid after tokin. Me, I can't understand how anyone can get paranoid, but everyone is different.

I just do my best to ignore it, and keep on smoking. I mean, they can make all the coomercials they want, I'll still toke, and I'll always know where to get it, so I say fuck them. We know it's BS, and when gullible kids get older, they will too.

I think these commercials are a good way to prevent young kids from smoking too young, but at the same time, they should at least tell the truth or some boarderline of belief to what they say. I mean, sticking leeches on yourself? Come on now.

Honestly, I saw an Above The Influence ad a few weeks ago, and they actually said in it, "okay, Marijuana hasn't killed anyone, but my friends just sit on the couch, blah blah blah, they're boring, and I want to do something in life." Even though it has nothing to do with doing nothing in life, but at least they have come to the conclusion that Cannabis is not deadly.

It's a step in the right direction at least. Now they just have to tell people how to think for themselves, instead of letting a commerical do it for them, but that would be logical thinking, which is not in the governments dictionary.

I find pot smokers the most interesting if you ask me. Not boring in the least. It's the totally straight people that are boring, and we know how they can be sometimes.
