If you could elect anyone as president..
I think I'd elect a woman if I could. Less aggressive. Probably more pro-diplomacy. A woman would think longer and harder about sending other people's children into harm's way in wars and combat, I suspect. Ideally someone with knowledge of world situations and problems but also of business. Oprah comes to mind. So does Melinda Gates, Bill's wife.

Age 35 or higher and a USA born citizen. Pick your grandmother if you feel she would be best. Just back up you claim. That's a tough question. I generally find that pretty much all politicians are deplorable low-lifes by definition. Like P4B though, I'd have to go with a top U.S. businessman. These guys got where they were because of their brains. Sure, office politics is just like real politics, but top CEO's don't get where they are by being some hick Texan. Larry Ellison would be good but I'd probably go with Bill Gates. The guy's a freaking genius. He dropped out of Harvard grad school because he didn't find anyone smarter than to teach him. When asked, his former professors all agreed. In any case my guess is that he'd certainly be smart enough not to get us into a fucked up situation like we are now in with Iraq.

Well, Bill Gates is certainly tenable, I doubt he'd want the job, too smart for that. I might put up Jon Stewart of Daily show fame. He has brains and a sense of humor, with Kieth Olberman as Vice, and Lou Dobbs as head of homeland security. Jane Fonda as secretary of defense, and sparky the clown as head of the CIA., Maybe Willie Nelson for head of the DEA, I could go on!

You crack me up, Bong! But I don't think I could share a ticket with Ted Nugent.
I couldn't share a ticket with anyone. Ten minutes anywhere near that job and I'd have my head down on a desk, sobbing. Maybe after only 45 seconds. . . .\"That best portion of a good man\'s life: his little, nameless, unremembered acts of kindness and love.\"

I would probably say Congressman Ron Paul of Texas. Although he is running as a republican he actually has mostly libertarian values. He is for the abolition of the unconstitutional income tax and i think he is pro weed too. Im not sure how much of a chance he has but if i could vote for him i would.

Yeah, I forgot about him, he is the realist person I've ever seen, his take on corporate assholes is right on! In fact his take on most everything is right on. Being of the Christian persuason, I differ with his take on God, but feel if he would take the job, a lot of the insanity in this country might change.
