Definitely talk to your doctor, hun, and tell him/her about your daily smoking, too. There's not really any way for perfect srangers to tell you what's going on. If you stay on prescribed meds, you might need to try a different medicine or a higher dose or even a combination of meds. Try not to give up hope quite yet. Talk to your doc!

I feel more depressed now than i ever have been in my life. I have heard medications not working while smoking, but is it the medication itself that isn't working for me? Or is it the combo?
