I mean, I suppose back in the day of the original 13 where I live would have been considered the midwest. But the times, they are a changin'. Shit, they done changed. You'd think the nomenclature would have been updated.

To give anyone reading an idea of where I'm coming from/going to: I'm not much of a smoker, I get really paranoid and can't relax.
