I'm using yeast to, but I have it in ketchup bottles in front of the fan to blw it up since I don't have a shelf, I throw another 1/2 cup sugar i once a week anf shake it up good at least once a day, if not more.

Mind you, I was never one of those girls who kept a diary or a journal...so I don't know how diligent I'll be about this.
