I have basically lived off the stuff for weeks at a time. I just throw some butter and pepper in it usually, sometimes some hot sauce too. It's good with crackers (like Triscuits). Next time I'll have to try the sesame oil... I have the stuff but never use it.

Theres no problem with trying to relax. You've been doing alot.
