I take 3 mg of melatonin( for sleep) and an amino acid called 5 HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan) supports positive mood, both are sold over the counter at most vitamin shops,

I like the smoke method but it gets dry around here alot
angee pirate Reviewed by angee pirate on . insomnia i would just like to mention, although nobody probably cares. i am a strong believer in the fact that weed helps with insomia. i used to spend on average 3-4 hours trying to fall asleep and ocasionally not fall asleep at all. now that i smoke, even when i dont smoke that day, i do not suffer any insomnia and often fall asleep within minutes.
