Cannabis helps me with insomnia and it's close cousin hops helps even better.

Watching TV in bed... can be not so good... same with reading in bed. If you have sleeping problems, activities that you would associate with being awake can keep you from sleeping, and if you are someone who reads themselves to sleep, it can make studying tougher. Just an FYI.
stinkyattic Reviewed by stinkyattic on . insomnia i would just like to mention, although nobody probably cares. i am a strong believer in the fact that weed helps with insomia. i used to spend on average 3-4 hours trying to fall asleep and ocasionally not fall asleep at all. now that i smoke, even when i dont smoke that day, i do not suffer any insomnia and often fall asleep within minutes.
