hey guys im new to this site but i need a lil help my probation officer is giving me a test on the 13th on the 13th it will have been 20 days exactly since i have smoked pot it was decent grade

a lil about myself im an average smoker
130 pounds

with your weight and 20 days out- you won't have a problem passing. Stay away from fatty, greasy foods and drink plently of liquid.

You should be good, but for caution, get lots of exercise. THC gets stored in fat cells. Work off that fat and calories will help rid of the THC.

Drink water, plenty of it, or cranberry juice. Green tea is a good cleanser as well.

And no more smoking either.
