Because it's the "growing frequently asked questions" I think for obvious reasons the only thing that goes there are posts that are made in the grow section that can be considered a frequently asked question or something useful that can be easily spotted out. So make a thread about something very useful to growers and maybe your thread will be moved to the grow faq's ...this is just my guess though from observation.
