What strain?

I am sure that there will be multiple opinions on this.
But; if you take in to consideration, that one is an inexperienced grower (that is an understatement), with some help. (Indoor) What strain would you recommend, taking the following in to consideration; 1) Getting a high yield 2) A quality smoke 3) Tolerance of plant (grower mistakes)?

I am also fairly new to growing, going on my 4th grow. I think the biggest mistake I made was to buy a sativa dominent strain to grow indoors, they tend to be taller and that became an issue several times. A high yield will depend on the enviroment you have for your plants and the yield expectancy of the paticular strain you choose, they like things to be consistent and in range. Most seed banks have a description of the yield potential of each strain. The biggest problem I had was shift in temperatures wich caused stretching in my plants, this time I bought a space heater with a thermostat to keep my temps with in a 10 degree tolerence and for the summer months I have a window air condtioner. I used co2 on my last 2 grows and the difference was about a third larger of a yield. def reccomend getting a CO2 setup.
