Yeah that probably wouldn't happen here in new england...especially the waiting part. They might take the weed...but maybe even let you keep the pipe.

Actually this past Friday..I see all these flashing lights outside. Some guy was pulled over...two cop cars. One cop was searching through his car...finds what looked like at least an ounce. (The whole time I'm just looking out the window haha...saying to myself 'aww spare the weed'). "Is there anything else in the car". "Nope". They tell him to just wait in his car while they look for warrants. None. Cops leave...guy leaves. Just took the weed. He had a nice Lex too...so I'm sure he just went and picked up some more.

Parph. charges, at least in my state, are pretty tame compared to what comes in the courts here...

Hah, my sister has a traffic court date on the 20th, she was caught speeding in the same spot as my brother and I, doing the same speed. I got off with PBJ.

Hopefully you'll do fine! Kudos for keeping a level head, and not bashing the "fuckin' pigs" that many on the board seem eager to do.

Thanks for all the responses. Im not really mad since I got so lucky, but it pisses me off that he tried to hand us to a state trooper before letting us go. Teasing us and shit..that was a dick move of him. He also said if we try to fight, he is a good friend of the judge and the judge would make us pick up trash and shit.

so the countdown begins 21 days, 8 hours to go

and to 2600Hertz, he didnt state anything on the ticket besides "drug paraphernalia"..theres something in parenthesis next to it, but fucking A, he has the worst handwriting ever and its too hard to read on the copy he gave me.


EDIT!: I just noticed my join date for cannabis.com is Feb-20-2006. How ironic that my court date is exactly 1 year later.
