I have solved the "hold your hit in" mystery (being drunk and high might have somethign to do with it). Many people say holding your hit in will make you higher, and others say it's pointless because the thc is absorbed in the first few seconds. It's both, you can blow it out a few seconds later and only smoke thc, or you can hold it in and the tars that you hold in make you feel more drowsy (mistaken for feeling more high?).

I dunno, I hold it and I'm pretty high and pretty tired, but I get that way alot of the times, depending on who's weed I'm smoking.
