mrdl ... help?

aight guys... i need a little help i live in texas and im about to turn 15 and i think im gonna get a hardship or mrdl(minors restricted drivers lisence) i looked all over the internet and cant find the answers to a couple of questions is there a certain time that u are and arent allowed to drive? and if so wat happens if u get pulled over while u arent supossed to be driving(like if the lisence says u can only drive from 5am to 5pm and its 7pm)? would my lisence get taken up if that happened? and if so ive heard that if u get your lisence taken away u cant get it back until your 18 and finally someone unreliable told me that if u get an mrdl u have to stay with it until u r 18 is that true? anybody that is bored or has some free time on their hands plz help i really need to know bout these questions... any input is appreciated
