yea.. they do exsist lol..mainly the youth in england, but not all the youth (im 16 and i know plenty of other ppl who arnt chavs, but you still get alot of them)

they act like retarded gansta wanna be's.. and they make this weird noise.. its hard to type it down but ill give it a go
