Skink, while we're on the subject of asking you for your expertise, I have a Q for you, too, honey. (We DO think alike, by the way. I read your comment on that other thread. This is probably why you're one of my two online husbands!)

My dishwasher is doing this stupid thing where it's started leaving a white film on everything and isn't cleaning very well. It's only about five or six years old, but it's not performing like it should. Is there anything I can do or an appliance expert or plumber can do, or does that really mean it's time for a new dishwasher? Is there some sort of filter or trap that needs cleaning out? I saw an ad on TV for some stuff called dishwasher cleaner, something you put in there and run through a cycle without any dishes. Wonder if that's worth doing? Thanks, Skink!
birdgirl73 Reviewed by birdgirl73 on . skink... when you told me to get some cfl's on the flytraps, did you mean the lights need to be pretty close to them, or would like three cfl bulbs in my ceiling fan be enough as long as they were getting dirrect light from them (they wouldn't be getting sun cuz my windows are boarded up) Rating: 5
