HELP! which is which?! Afghani/Northern lights

hi there, thought id join in the aghan/nl debate i followed from another thread,

as i understand, the afghani is the more true indica of the two, so should have wider darker leafs during veg, almost like the canadian maple leaf, the nl should have simmilar charecteristics, but not so pronounced, so sould be a taller plant with thinner leafs.

so, in other words, pretty much the opposite to the above post lol

HELP! which is which?! Afghani/Northern lights

I figured this pic thing out. These are my plants 32 days into flower. The first 2 I call Afghani, Then 3 and 4 are what I call Northern.

HELP! which is which?! Afghani/Northern lights

    I agreed with babystarbud actually.
My experience wiht afghanis is that the leaves are almost obscenely wide-bladed.
In fact, so much so that they often overlap.
This trait seems to be very dominant, as the crosses I have done using the Afghani Dream I used to have all show that trait; somewhere in my "miss stinky's first grow log" there is a SICK afghani dream X that the Yeag grew out (nicely done big guy) and it really shows that trait beautifully.
The plants are also stumpy and compact, but yes, they DO have a very high leaf-to-calyx ratio that I have only ever seen taken to that extreme in the BOG bluemoonrocks female I recently flowered.
    Hope that is somewhat helpful.

HELP! which is which?! Afghani/Northern lights

Here are my NL seedlings today @ day 15 (since breaking through the soil). Short, bushy, 1 of them is very compact and has no purple, but the rest of them have purple stalks and are stretchier. Male or female I am breeding the short one! I love it and want more like it. Anyway these are BC Bud Depot seeds, http://www.*****online.com/seed_pack...Indoor/Outdoor (**** == "b c b u d" minus the quotes & spaces).
