Then, as someone else theorized, what if she's paranoid about being in a position where someone could push her onto the tracks? A lot of people, including guys, have that fear on train platforms. Lots of things jump out at me before racism or dislike of you. And they all have lots more to do with her. The sad thing is the way you responded may now color her opinion of people who look like you more than anything else.
