How do you find a dealer on the streets?

I occasionally go to the coast (NC, to be exact), and I was wondering if there was any way I could find some ganja on the street without getting it through a friend.

yeah... look for someone who looks like they smoke weed, make small talk, and lead it to weed. if they seem to have a positive attitude about it (not negative, not dismissive...) casually ask if they know where you can find any...

that's about it.

if that dosent work you can alway offer someone a light up if they can give you a number

watch who stands in the same laces over time or just ask who you think would have it, ive been surprised many times with extremly good quality 10bags from downtown so with that said sometimes dime dealers are not that bad!!

Depending on how old you are, just ask people aged16-23 at random. If you are older than 35 though it might be wierd and they will probally suspect you are some type of cop.

find a headshop... chill there for awhile and when u see a customer who looks like an obvious pothead ask him for a hookup. dont ask the store workers...they willl kick u out of the store

yea this is my problem. I moved here like 3 months ago, and know no one here, and have been dry for 3 months woo. I just dont like walking up to people on the street and doing that. i guess ill never smoke again lol
