I love the taste of hot peppers but,,,I can't take the heat...

The stuffed jalepenos/ jalepeno poppers are not hot, I think it has something to do with taking the seeds out of them. My mom wouldnt eat them forever until I bugged her so much she finally tried one. She wont even eat something that has black pepper in it because she thinks its too spicy, but ever since she tried them she cant get enough of them. I like the ones stuffed with a cream cheese type stuff, but the cheeder chees ones are great too.
