Serious Problems - Spider Mites 6 1/2 weeks into flowering
Just like the title says, there were no signs until about a week ago, then I started spraying daily with Schultz Miticide-Pesticide-Fungicide (active ingredient neem oil). My problem is that I need to get rid of the mites so I don't have a webby, mitey harvest, but I don't want to affect the taste of the buds and I know a lot of products are harmful to use this late in flowering. Currently I'm doing the schultz daily as well as spraying them with water every other day. What else should I be doing?
Thanks,

I would spray them with water a little more often. Make sure you blast the underside and knock the fuckers off without damaging your babies. The other thing to is try to separate the affected plants so they don't spread.

You can also buy "the bomb" from the grow store... shoots out chemicals that will kill them and their eggs. Also grab a few pest strips from a hard ware store...get it under control before they reproduce (I believe it takes 8 days to reproduce but I could be wrong) best of luck

Get 1 of those pump sprayers and fill it with water.blast them and the eggs off! Do it again in a couple of days. Then when you have harvested clean all of the area properly and use neem oil on the plants when ya start the next grow. You won't see any mites at all until you flower,if ya don't clean you will have them again.Put the strips in the room and change them a month before time.Mine was in flower, too! Not as far as you are, though.I just would not risk pesticides that close to tokin'! Just givem' a bath.
Neem is organic, but still will leave a taste on the buds.

i have one more question, I am also using another spray which says on the bottle its fine in edible vegetables up until the day of harvest, its base is potassium fatty acid I think (that's from memory I'll check for sure later), I think it's some sort of insecticidal soap, would that be safe to continue using?
