I've been jumped too, the only thing I can suggest is try to understand that every one of those guys hates what they did in their heart of hearts. They may even be too cowardly to admit it to themselves at this point, but they will all live with the knowledge of what they have done to you and others for the rest of their lives. These kinds of "weights" become unbearably heavy over time. In short what they have done to themselves is far, far worse than what they did to you.
