    Pickling Pot???

    hey all

okay a while back i cooked me first batch of hash brownies (got lots of help from this forum) but since then ive moved way beyond the level of newbie when it comes to cooking, got some nice recipes that ill be posting soon, and got alot of help form my mum, she dont know i been putting weed in all her old family recipes (shed probly be pissed if she found out) anyways, whenever she cooks something i grab the recipe and cook it at a mates place, just add weed, the other day she started pickling her own olives, lemons and tomatoes, just wondering if anyone thought of doing that with weed? only way i can think of is cooking alot of oil (in small doses of course) and lacing the oil with weed, once you got enough you cool the oil down and then use it to make whatever u wanna pickle, do u guys reckon thatd work? only downside i see to it is itd take a while for the pickles to be ready and itd take like a half ounce to be effective (hell maybe even a whole ounce)

    anyone tried something like this???

    Pickling Pot???

what does any of that have to do with pickling. when you pickle something, you use vinegar, not oil, so i doubt you could(or would want to) try that.

I do not believe that you would have the results you'd like.
When molecules are put in an acidic solution with other stuff in it, chemical reactions may take place... in an acid, the hydrogen ions become very active and can alter the molecular structure of other substances.
It isn't something that I would fuck around with personally.
Stick to the oil method... experiment... try garlic cannaoil for variety!

    Pickling Pot???

well the pickles my mum made are done in olive oil with shitloads of herbs an spices an stuff, i know some are in vinegar but not all, im also talking bout olives and chillies and things like that, pickling is just referring to the process of preparing them for consumption...

guys i know this is a fairly strange and i think even unheard of concept (but i am new to cooking weed so im not 100% on the unheard of bit), but any input would be helpfull

    ROFL

    Search for pot-so pesto...

Pesto has such a powerful flavor that it can handle a TON of shake added in without losing its gastronomic appeal!

I suppose that if you found a brine recipe that had a lot of oil in it, youd could give it a shot. Sounds nasty to me, but I don't like pickles.
