shit like this happens all the time... this is just someone who decided to create waves and make it national news... just think about all the people this has happened to that didn't think it'd do any good?

btw if i remember right, he was drinking pepsi while either in a delivery truck, or on his break in one of the factories.. i can't remember which, but i do remember it was something as retarded as that... he definately wasn't seen on national tv doing so...

My school used to have a policy where drug use was only punished or investigated if one was intoxicated on school property... now, keep in mind that my "school" is a graduate program at a large university. We are all adults with college degrees. But, now we can be punished (including dismissal) for offenses committed OFF-CAMPUS, in the privacy of our own homes, even when we are not at school!
