I have a pic of this. If you go throuht my link below for my pics and right near the top are LSTing pics of the main branch sideways and the lateral branches growing up and bushy.

What I did was I tied in three places. If you visualize the mainstalk in quarters and follow along I'll try to explain it.
First off DON"T USE FISHING LINE! It cuts into the plants then when you go to bend it a little more the top falls off.

OK so you need to figure out the best way for you to secure the ties. Some people use screws in the side of the rim of the pot and wind yarn around the screws to tie them off.

Once you figure out how to secure it I go to the top of the first 1/4 of the main stalk and tie it just a little snug more to hold it in place.

The next tie will be at the top of the second 1/4. this one will pull in the opposite direction as the first. Pull it so it is nice and snug but not enough to crack of kink the stalk.

The next one will be at the top of the third 1/4. This one will go in the same direction as the lowest tie, and opposite to the second tie. It should also bend a little bit more and a little easier. Tie it down. In the end it looks kind like a lax question mark. then when you run out of room in one direction let it grow up a little and pull it back the othe way.

Every day untie them and pull just a little bit tighter. You can also tie the top over more with one more tie, or pull lateral branched more horizontal out the side of the plant to reach more light, or tie fan leaves to the side to uncover branches.

The goal is to have the light reach as much of the vegitation as possible. Remember to take it slow and gradual. You cn change and adjust anything you want to work better for your plants.
