yeah i took a really small clone by accident (i dropped a gallon jug on a plant...yikes!) and it's doin just fine. i think technique is what matters the most, but in general clones taken from bottom of the plant are actually the easiest to root! I got this info from Jorge Cervantes grow bibly btw... and what he says is the bottom of the plant is the easiest to clone/root cause it's got the newest hormones, and the top of the plant is hardest to root cause it has the newest hormones. This sounds sort of backwards to me, but that's what he said. I usually only clone the top of the plant cause that's generally where all the offshoots are so I don't personally know if the bottom parts of the plant root faster or not.

And if the clone takes well will clones taken from it root well too? And what's the shortest top of a plant that can root, since the stem is so think(keep in mind Casey, Jaz And Bella, I was LSTing and they were sliced by the line and lost their tops, which I've put in with the clones)?
