to all, has anyone tried taking up a full contact sport,,,I found that this was a excellent way of getting rid of pent up anger,,a good friend of mine has written a no. of books on controlling anger and aggression and understanding fear .....have a go we used to have a sess called animal house where almost anything went gloves off..floor fighting(grappling) good shit.
two words: drunken brawling! get really wasted, then pick fights with your friends. make sure you're outside so as not to trash anybody's house, and no facial punches. other than that, go nuts! hint: nobody, and I mean NOBODY, is expecting to be picked up off the ground and tossed like a midget.
