I hav really bad problems controllin my anger so i do mad shit all the time, i'v punched throo doors, ripped them off their hinges, smashed a wardrobe with a cricket bat, punched a mirror until the glass was all inside me nuckles threw a statue of groucho marks down th stairs lol... but i'v never had th ffeelin of wantin 2 kill sum1, its jus a spare of th moment thing i cnt help if im aggrivated! Used to happen all the time. In fact, I would almost always act on it. Put 3 holes in my old houses walls. So, finally we discovered the reason. I'm bi-polar. Now I'm on pills ((effexor, depakote, and seroquel)) and I've gotta say my life has improved massively. But, now thanks to marijuana and salvia, I've decided to slowly ween off my effexor and seroquel, leaving only my depakote. Just don't do anything too stupid. For example in a fit of rage at the officers in your house trying to pick you up and take you to the hospital because your wrists and gushing blood, don't, say... take the exacto knife out of your pocket and try to to poke one of the officers a little bit in the arm so he'll fuck off and let you die. Okay, personal experience there. Anyway, I was lucky the officer was cool as hell and just sent me to a kids psych ward for 3 weeks ((fucking hell. I swear I've never been in a place so terrible)) instead of pressing any charges or anything.

About 2 weeks ago me and a bunch of friends were wasted. we decided for some unknown reason to find someone to fight, and went down 2 floors in my dorm and beat the shit out of some random huge kid. it was so funny, he said he didn't want to fight, and then he threw the first punch. by the end of the fight he was on the ground and we were kickin his face, hahahahaha. I feel bad about it now.
