the grow my attic

right the grow is my attic the problem is i have 36 square meters of space but smack in the middle of it is my water tank now im just wondering if this can be used to my advantage i'e (the water) im in the process of putting a floor down up there at the minute. my grow is going to be 60 NLx haze i think either way i want 60 plants up there maybe more but no less. im having 5ft cfl strip lights running all up the side's of the beams ive got 20 of them. as for hps lighting which will be my main lighting how many hps lights will i need im wanting to get 1000w ones i dont want to go any lower than that. oh yeah im going hydro by the way ebb and flo system. right with what ive said if you can offer any help what so ever i would be most greatfull peace all happy toking!!

hey, are you in a climate that gets snow? if you are you might want to know that the lighting will melt snow, and you will be the only house without snow on it, this is what's keeping me from growing up there.
you can tap into the water source, but I would make sure you put some type of drain up there.
the lighting will be dependent on how wide and long the space is.
you should plan on one light every 6-8 ft. down the length of the space.

when i grew in a loft once we done (greatwhiteshark)anyway we built a room in there we used 2/2 wood plasterboard both sides of the wood and insurlating inbetween the plasterboard we had a space of 2m/2m/2m high and when it snowed it stayed on the roof
