Christian Extremists: "Hate Thy Neighbor"
It appears that some Christian leaders missed some important lessons from the teachings of Jesus Christ (peace be on him). Recent hate mongering remarks by Frank Graham, Ann Coulter, Pat Robertson, Jerry Falwell against Islam and Prophet Muhammad (peace be on him) reflect ignorance, arrogance, self-conceit and bigotry. They need to hang the Ten Commandments around their necks and recite "Love Thy Neighbor" hundred times a day. They also need to read the following daily:
Matthew 5:9:"Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called sons of God."
James 3:18:"Peacemakers who sow in peace raise a harvest of righteousness."

VERY interesting site. Nice to see how moderate Islam looks at the Christian extremists not to mention other things.
This is the very first passage under terrorism:
Prophet Muhammad (peace be on him) sent a message to the monks of Saint Catherine in Mount Sinai:
"This is a message written by Muhammad ibn Abdullah, as a covenant to those who adopt Christianity, far and near, we are behind them. Verily, I defend them by myself, the servants, the helpers, and my followers, because Christians are my citizens; and by Allah! I hold out against anything that displeases them. No compulsion is to be on them. Neither are their judges to be changed from their jobs, nor their monks from their monasteries. No one is to destroy a house of their religion, to damage it, or to carry anything from it to the Muslims' houses. Should anyone take any of these, he would spoil God's covenant and disobey His Prophet. Verily, they (Christians) are my allies and have my secure charter against all that they hate. No one is to force them to travel or to oblige them to fight. The Muslims are to fight for them. If a female Christian is married to a Muslim, this is not to take place without her own wish. She is not to be prevented from going to her church to pray. Their churches are to be respected. They are neither to be prevented from repairing them nor the sacredness of their covenants. No one of the nation is to disobey this covenant till the Day of Judgment and the end of the world." (Reference: Muslims and Non-Muslims Face to Face by Dr Ahmad H Sakr, isbn: 0911119-31-9)
It's really to bad we couldn't take a huge island and drop all the extremists from all sides off so they could have their Crusade.

I hate christianity, particularly the Catholic church. I hate Frank Graham, and oooho do i fucking hate Pat Robertson and all those fuckoffs. They're all hypocrites and they don't even realize it, they actually believe they are doing His work. It's funny how all religions teach love and peace, but religion is the biggest cause of death and causes the most problems in the world.

It's wonderful to see more people who are as pissed off as I am about people like Pat Robertson and his ilk.
The message of Jesus was one of LOVE, of TOLERANCE, and of PEACE. Evangelical extremists (like those who make up much of the GOP) are not true Christians in any sense of the term.
The message of Muhammad is no different. Islamic extremists have done the same thing to what is and should be a religion as peaceful and loving as true Christianity is.
To those Christians and Muslims who are true loving, peaceful followers of their faiths and their holy figures: Thank you, and keep up the good fight.
Christianity and Islam have been usurped by bigots and fools.

Psycho, Good post, Glad to see you coming around. Not all of anything are bad. If you had to endure what those dirt eaters in middle Eastern countries have to, you'd probably be a little pissed off at the good old USA. Their leaders blame everything on US to get them off their backs, it's no wonder they hate us. We need some good PR in the middle east and try and replace some of the real dictators, like the Saudi royals, Hesbolla, the Al queda leaders, Bushs' friends the Bin Ladens, The list is long. Hopefully we'll get a new leader with some brains and He (she) will use brains not braun in the middle East!

The hate they have for the west is mainly directed at the U.S. but in all fairness.......their region was being raped by the British, French, and Spanish way before we come along.

Yes the Christian Right can be a bitch at times because of their conservative nature and intolerant views of society as a whole.
Any extreme right version is not good

Pope Pius XII helped Adolf Hitler gain power and did nothing to stop the Nazis. I may be going a little to far with this statement, but I think that many Christians don't like Jews or Muslims.
