    PS3 vs. Xbox 360

PS3 looks like it could have some cool games but the cons outway the pros. Blueray is almost destined to fail and the lack of a ventilation fan means you don't just have an oversized burning hot machine, but one that crashes up to 3 times a day aswell. Doesn't sound worth the price tag to me, particularly when you consider how nearly all the decent games will come out on Xbox at the same time.

I'd recommend a Wii above all else but i'm aware it's an acquired taste for some people. All I can say is Nintendo won't screw you over in the long run. With a Wii, your set for life. Otherwise, good ol' 360 in second!

Agreed with Halo, how average can one overhyped game be? :wtf:

I'm liking the 360 exclusives. Dead Rising is a great concept if a little frustrating:hippy: , plus Viva Pinata and Oblivian are fantastic.

PS3 really needs some first hand exclusive ideas of it's own but so far, it's a PS2 with better graphics. I couldn't believe how boring I found resistance after seeing and hearing so much hype. Not how the cookie crumbles Sony.

    PS3 vs. Xbox 360

they're already planning for the overheating... a couple of companies are making a relatively cheap add on... a fan that kinda just clicks on to the unit... it's not huge, so it doesn't take up a whole lot more space... doesn't require an ac adapter or anything, it runs off the power to the ps3...

Lol, typical of Sony to charge extra for something that'll stop your console from breaking.
I predict severe dissapointment from the Sony fanbase as is already evident in America, perhaps with the exception of the true PS-heads, and Wii dominates with 360 being the choice for next-gen-graphic-mongers .
