PS3 vs. Xbox 360

i vote 360. havnt played the ps3 and at the price i probably wont for years.

as for the wii, i dont care for it. motion sensed controls arent anything too spectacular for me anyways. the thing for video games that gets me is capabilities. i like to smash the walls around me, or blow up cars and work with the environment. i dont care for a new way to play.

i can either get a ps3 or a 360..... ive been with playstation for years and would like the ps3.and to be honsest the only reason i wanted a ps3 is because of gta IV

so what one should i get???

i think you should take a look at all the games that are out, and coming out on both systems to make thta decision.... as we've covered in these pages, both have their ups and downs both are about equal, where one excells, another excells somewhere else....

i'ts gonna come down to games mostly... playstation.com has alot of the games that are slated to be released (including screenshots and some have videos, etc...)

oh yeah, gta IV will be simultaneously released on both ps3 and 360...

ive just decided...... ps3.

and the only thing that made my mind up was the fact my ps2 is on its last legs and i think its only got a few more months left in it. so id have all those ps1 and 2 games there and not being able to play them...... so ps3 it is.

yea but i bet anything the PS3 version will be better than the 360 version of GTA IV. SONY will out last xbox when the xbox becomes obsolete because its a cheap piece of shit only a lil better than the PS2 so who cares if xbox has been around longer when people will be playing the ps3 after Sony dominates in a couple years WATCH i know i would be the type of person to want to play this game to its full potential and that can only be avalible through the PS3 consle witch has alot of tech advantages i dont care that its big and heavy its not like im taking it everywhere i go thats for the future portable gaming systems

actually, 360 is supposed to be better.. it's supposed to have all kinds of extras you can get (not sure exaclty what those are supposed to be tho)

those extras tho aren't enough to make me change my mind on getting a ps3...

yeh that would be through online play but tbh i dont really care about online play.

ill try and find the thing where i read that though. because to me i makes sense.

but as far as i know just now the smaller details in ps3 gta will be better.
