You qualify. What you need to do-Get a copy of your medical records. Go to NORML of California and look at their list of cannabis specialists. Get $100 to $250 together. Make an appointment. Take in your records. Pay the nice doctor. You are now "California legal". If you are under 18, my doctor will not recommend cannabis, unless both (or sole custodial) parent(s) agree to the treatment in writing. If you decide to grow, stay in compliance with the law!
