I was telling my friend that he's not a normal high because he runs around jumping up and down and gigling with his hands all over the place for 10 straight minutes (basically until I tell him to calm the fuck down). He tells me "Yeah, that's normal"

So I come to ask. Is that fucking normal? I think it's fucking pathetic and childish and is not how people typically act when high.
