A urine test can't really tell the difference between a frequent smoker OR a less frequent but heavy smoker. It shows only the concentration of metabolites.

Since we usually don't know for certain the percentage of THC in the weed we smoke, let alone the percentages of metabolites it will produce, your tested concentrations can vary widely depending upon the particular marijuana you smoked.

Blood & saliva tests are more about what is currently active in your system.

Hair tests can show both frequency and concentration.
