Just a quick question. I'm in the DC area and live in an apt...I'm growing one plant(first time grower) but I'm concerned cuz of some repiping thats taking place in Feb in my building. They say they'll let me know before they open up my room to service it but I'm still feeling paranoid. Does anyone know how serious it is if you get caught with just one plant? Is it a felony offense?
