12/12, how long b4 pistils !!

ok so i'm gettin impatient , it's been 3 days on my babies in 12/2, 6 x skunk #1, how long roughly does it take for pistils to start showing ? They all started showing sex b4 i flipped them,. i ended up with 6 fems, 2 males, poor males have gone to the great cannabis heaven, was a shame to kill them

l also have 2 of these, lowryder #2, about 3 weeks left b4 harvest, do they bump up the buds near the end, i'm not sure, my first attempt at groing !

it takes at least 7-10 days before the plant changes cycles from veg to flower to sex. Then it starts to flower so give it at least 2 weeks but more like up to 3 weeks to get a good sex on them.

If you are going to put them back in veg once you sex them.....then you need to veg them for 2 weeks longer then if you would have cloned them for sex. It will take them about 10 day's to go from flower back to veg and there are some parts of the plant that will not go back to veg so know that too.

Cloning for sex is the safest method and less stress on the plant too.

takes some of my seeds over 2 weeks to show sex sometimes, so dont sit on the edge of your seat. and listen to zandor with the reverting back to veg. this is never ever a good idea when you have the option to take a clone and flower to detirmine sex (this can even be done simply by covering the clone with a box for 12 hours of the day to simulate 12/12) I would just stick with the 12/12 and flower them, they will still double or even triple in size during flowering.

ya for your bud question, mine have been fattening up like crazy this last week, and i have got about 5 more days to go until harvest. it's exciting, have patience!

hey everyone, thanks so much for the replies, lol was funny i turned my lights back on an hour ago and rushed in expecting pistils after 4 days lol !! Well at least i know now roughly how long it takes, i'm glad u mentioned about fattening up later on near harvest dutch, i see new pistils everyday and all the buds merging together, but i told my fella he has to harvest i can't bear to cut them down !!
They will be staying on 12/12 now until i harvest, we have another 35 plants between 5 and 10 days old, so once they get repotted in a couple of weeks we're gonna be pushed for space in the veg room, will be fun tho, man i love growing cannabis !!

Notice how they are like lemon shaped....all nice and fat in the middle and tapered at the ends. They used to be cylindrical shaped, so you can see how much they've changed.
