Keep having bad experiences. need insight
I had this just about 30 minutes ago. I overcome it by sitting on my bed in the most comfortable positon (which for me is cross legged and hands on my knees), and taking deep breaths(really focus on in through your nose and out through your mouth). But yeah basically it is really calming, makes you feel all one with yourself and shit.
