I thought it was pretty cheesy but some of the girls were sexy and it was a pretty cool movie overall. Definatly exceeded my expectations.

The ending was kind of dumb.

The very end, I found annoying, but right before that I found the twisty very cool... If you think about some of the scenes that may have seemed pointless, and put all of it together, the ending makes a lot of sense... Or the exact opposite...

why did that bitch tell that last girl that survived not to trust the other girl when it obviously was an accident that she hit her in the neck with the pick thing. which in turn ended up enticing the last girl to kill that one badass climber girl. i guess she was just bitter that she was bleeding to death and was about to be eaten alive by monsters mabe??? pussy... haha. I just watched it by the way, at 4:00 in the morning, insomnia sucks.

You have to READ INTO IT.
If you take everything at face value it doesn't flow that well, and theres a reason for this.
Remember the beginning with the hospital?
And what about those pills?
And remember when the lesbo-ey girl fell and was screaming and the gollem was drinking water and didn't even look up when the ear-shattering scream was let out?
Did you see the end with the little girl?

This whole movie can be interpreted in many many ways. But what's the point...it's just fun to watch. After I watched it...I went to IMDB or whatever...and people have so many theories. Like that there were never any crawlers. There was good evidence too...but why would you want no crawlers...those things were crazy, nasty little fuckers. I bet the director ddn't even think about it as much as some people do LOL.

As for the end...there were actually two endings shot. A UK release (the original) and a US ending. If you got the DVD in the US...the director actually merged the two endings. This leaves you will basically 'you decide what happened'. There's a special feature on the DVD that explains this. It was a pretty cool movie though.

I didn't understand how that girl was alive long enough to say anything. I thought once your throat was slit you couldn't talk and you slowly die. At least one of those two cave creatures wuld have eaten her, but no. They just leave her there and then she can miraculously talk. Cheesy

I was wondering that myself...so were a few of my friends. That shit went right through the middle of her throat. We were just confused about the talking part. Maybe there is an explantion..or maybe the director was like 'ehhh..maybe they won't notice'..I dunno lol.
