The guy is insane (Definition of insanity: doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results), I think that about sums him up! That and the fact the congress doesn't have the balls to go against the (military Industrial Complex) You can pretty much put money in the bank by betting that as long as Bush-Cheney are running things, there will be war!
