That is how all the pot I smoke is. Except sticky, because I don't keep it moist and it dries out after a while. Use a slice of an apple in your pot bag to re-moisten it.
or a fresh (undried) leaf of a cannabus plant if available :P

The smell is rediculous and makes whatever around it reek. Its by far the stickiest bud I have ever had too. You could throw pieces of it and it would prolly stick to the wall...heres the pics...
