First of all, NICE SETUP. I like it. Simple, but clean and effective. Good job with the irrigation.

I only have a few minutes, so I'll spit out what "I" think is wrong:

Yes, they do look smallish to me for 6 weeks...

The main thing that pops to my mind is TEMPERATURE. 55F is too low. It can stunt the growth of the plant. Even a larger plant will slow down severly and even stunt in cold temperatures like that. It is even worse for seedlings and small rooting clones. You did good to put the heating mat in there. When did you do that? And have you seen any difference?

One other thing...please move your wiring. Those plugs are very dangerous down there UNDERneath your auto-watering device. Pull them up off the floor and away from the water. You may not thank me later, but you'll curse yourself if you don't.

Otherwise...they look healthy. I really hope they pick up for you. Maybe try getting those temps within a closer range. 65F-80F shld be ok. I'm curious as to what strain it is...hmmm. I know you said you don't know, but I'm curious if it came out of Dam. Keep us posted on your progess, please. Good luck.
