Well, eventually i'm guessing states in America will introduce roadside drug testing to test for amphetamines and cannabis. It's done by swiping a sample of saliva from the inside of the mouth and takes about 4-5min to produce a reading.
They estimate it reads cannabis roughly 3 hours after it has been smoked, and ecstasy around 24 hours after initial intake.

In Victoria, Australia they did have only 1 drug bus in the state. NOW, every single alcohol bus has drug testing capabilities so that means at least 8 of these around...i have already seen a drug bus in my area

It won't be long until this technology is being used in other countries i.e. America!

well at least then they won't bust you for smoking a few weeks ago.

I drive stoned, and im fine. I've never even come near to crashing into anything. Just because im stoned doesnt mean i forget to look in my mirrors, and it doesnt mean i forget to indicate. It doesnt slow my breaking times, and it doesnt make me misjudge anything.

But, if the police relied on a drug test to find out if you were driving whilst stoned, it wouldnt be fair, as you can test positive weeks after not smoking. So it's all bullshit, and the best thing to do is not get caught. OR, stop the car, and when the cop gets out of his reverse over him.

I wouldnt take that advice seriously though

They wouldnt have to bother testing me. I'd tell them straight up that i've smoked weed, and i'll carry on smoking weed. If they want to arrest me thats fine. In my eyes im doing nothing wrong, im right, they're wrong. Im too proud to try and hide my enjoyable use of an amazing plant.

What the law really comes down to is that it is illegal to buy, sell or have marijiuana, but it is NOT illegal to be under its influences.
The law does change a bit for driving, though. I'm thinking that you just got yourself a shitty lawyer...
