3 Pics. How is this doing for 3 weeks

This is my first attempt from a feminisied white widow seed under flours.
Its exactly 3 weeks now from germanation and I was wondering how it is doing compared to the normal. Is it about right or small and going slowly. From the base of the stem to the top is about 125mm and looking down on it from leaf tip to tip is about 150mm.
    Thanks for the time.
