Stoning when ill?

I always smoke when im sick. Even if I have a sore throut it seems to help it. I suggest using a water bong because its easier on your throut. I took small hits out of an apple but with my home made 1 hitter bong i can clear the whole chamber.

deffinitely ok, but u have to take little hits...i smoked a week ago and everytime i took a normal hit i was dying, so little hits once ur high u wont even feel sick nemore
