charity for smart people?

This is a little off the wall but I want to know what you think about it.


What do you think of some sort of club or something to give funds to intelligent people? The idea being that they would make much better use of it than most. Those who get good results get more money. I have no idea where the money would come from but its an idea.

totally. like some sort of national endowment, or private endowments even, that just like, gave out grants of money to people who could put it to good use. For like science or art and stuff...

ya know?
