i usually like to use a paper towel roll, but either way it works, really well. just be sure not to over-stuff it to a point where the smoke isnt even going through the tube

I do not support smoking in your room behind your parent's back, have respect for the house rules. I do support those who are in the position I used to be... I'm allowed to smoke if it doesn't stink. You need a window in your room to smoke out of which I highly suggest.
