ok, this is what i have in mind. i am going to use a y duct connector to blow cool air from the a/c central unit to the lights and the room, the fan is going to be outside of the room extracting the air of the lamps and im adding a co2 generator with a 20lbs tank and maybe add a couple of fans to extract the air of the room . Thanks bejay for your help.

wouldnt be hooking up to your central a/c unit while it might work ok if your exhuasting the air to another room it wont work very good exhuasting the heat from the lights outside the house as you will be pulling enough air from the house your central a/c unit would be running all the time trying to cool your house down. ideally you would ventilate the lights with an intake and exhuast that gets air from outside the house as its not dumping hot air inside the house for your central a/c unit to cool.
and your 12000 btu a/c unit would cool the grow room while the lights was on with no room ventilation, and you could ventilate the room with the lights off when your not using c02 and there is no use of running the a/c when ventilating the room.
still dont think the 495 cfm fan will be large enough even more so with 3 lights hooked inline although it requires more tubing each light having its own intake would work better.

i did some changes to the drawing, the circles next to the lights is the intake, each light it is having it is own intake that is going to be pulling air of the house through the tubing outside of the house and the central a/c will be helping the 12,000btu a/c cooling the grow room, not all the time just when its cooling the house. your opinion on the changes bejay.

in order for an a/c unit to work it has to recirculate the air of the grow room or house and eventually it cools down the room or house but it takes awhile if you ventilate either one much at all neither a/c will be able to do its job and all that co2 you just put in your room will go out the window.
your first drawing would work the best and if you disconnect it from your central a/c and use a larger blower it should be fine, if you do not unhook it from your central a/c your grow room will probably be the only cool room in the house.
apparently you have a window wich is a great spot for the intake or exhuast of the lights so now you just need one other intake or exhuast short of cutting a hole in the side of the house which may be your only option in some cases, but usually you can use the attic and exhuast the lights to the attic may require an 8 inch hole or if its not a basement house you can also disconnect your a/c heat ducting going to the room and block it off and use that hole for an intake to pull air from under the house.
