if you didnt go the a/c route you might consider adding additional exhuast fans or larger fan to help reduce temps as one 495 cfm fan really is not big enough for 3 600 watt lights and the incoming air temperature from the intake will have alot to do with the temps in the grow room, per example if your pulling 95 degree air into the room its going to be to hot no matter how many fans you add.
