I've been through this for years.Eat cereal at night before bed,whole grains r important.Excercise and a good solid diet that is broken up into smaller meals throughout the day.I am at a strapping 125 now,need asome tightening up but I'm 50,so what I'm saying is no processed food,like white suger,use carob if u need chocolate,or the dark kind.Colorful vegies and lots of fruits along w/protein and u will look as well as feel 110%.Yes,mj has helped by allowing me to eat,I meake some mean brownies,ect.lol.That's the best way for me is munchin on my brownies and I'll much all day.
